Appointment Cancellation & Product Return Policies

Cancellation Policy for Appointments:

*All patients that schedule advance appointments with Dr. Scott agree to call our office 24 hours in advance to reschedule or cancel their appointment or be subject to a $25.00 NO-SHOW FEE.  You will be billed for this directly.

Product Return Policy:

All herbs, vitamins, supplements, creams, lotions, aromatherapy products once opened cannot be returned for any reason. If a product is unopened and the the cap seal is in tact the product may be returned within 10 days of purchase for a full refund.  All orthopedic supplies, pillows, tens electrodes, or other supplies cannot be returned for any reason. Supports if the sold with the wrong size, may be exchanged for the correct size as long as the product hasn't been used. 

**Our office strongly urges patients to avoid purchasing online vitamin supplements as you never know when the product was purchased, how it was stored, and the quality of the ingredients. We only recommend products that are free of pesticides, mercury, other heavy metals, starch, lead, colored dyes.
